Shaping the Future of Transport at Connected Places Summit
Recently, I had the privilege of speaking at the Connected Places Summit in London (19-20 March), where we explored the cutting-edge innovations transforming transport and urban spaces. The event brought together brilliant minds from technology, transport, government, academia, and industry – all united by a shared vision for smarter, more connected communities.
What stood out most was the collaborative energy in every conversation – whether discussing AI in mobility, sustainable urban design, or policy frameworks enabling innovation.
The summit reinforced my belief that our greatest challenges demand cross-sector collaboration. Seeing transport planners exchange ideas with tech startups, or local authorities learning from academic research, reminded me how much potential we unlock when we work across traditional boundaries.
