Emma is highly experienced in building and managing environmental management systems, integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), carbon footprinting, waste management, water management, sustainability strategies, training development and auditing. Her knowledge, experience and vision provides support in a constantly changing environment whilst still ensuring businesses manage their precious resources and look to be future proof.

Emma is a passionate, enthusiastic and conscientious environmental and sustainability professional. With a successful track record of implementing and managing environmental change and improvement.

Emma is a chartered environmentalist and a Fellow member of IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment) with 22 years’ experience working mainly within the construction, highways and quarrying sector.

Dr. Helen Bailey’s unique experience and vision combine proven industry expertise with academic capability to provide in depth support or leadership, as necessary, for the successful delivery of a wide range of initiatives both in the UK and internationally. Helen is a motivated and dedicated professional with an eye for detail and proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships across industry at all organisational levels.

As a qualified lecturer, Helen also leads all asphalt programmes in the Centre for Mineral Products at the University of Derby, UK. Committed to continuous improvement and capable of driving change, Helen is an active member of the national councils for both the Institutes of Asphalt and Quarrying. In addition, Helen is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Panel of ICE’s international journal ‘Construction Materials’ and a qualified auditor to ISO 9001. Her broad range of interests and experience in the mineral products sector offer value-added complementary skills to PYE-Management campaigns.

A Chartered Engineer and confident communicator with excellent technical capability, Helen Bailey is highly experienced in the research, development, integration, and delivery of challenging projects within the asphalt and mineral products sector.

We work with ITEN (The International Transport Experts Network), who are a network of independent experts in transport; providing research, consultancy, strategic advice & scientific expertise

ITEN was formed to offer clients a wider range of specialism than could be offered by any one individual and to provide greater capacity for delivery of larger projects.

The network comprises experts in road, rail, mobility, vehicle and materials science with links to academic facilities and testing facilities.

Members provide research, consultancy, strategic advice and scientific and technical expertise to a range of clients including local, national and international governments, consultants and contractors.
